Custom Orders
Please note that all items are custom-made and therefore not eligible for return due to unwanted or change-of-mind reasons.

Damages and Issues
We take great care in preparing your order. However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us immediately. We’ll review the issue and work quickly to resolve it.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
