Where are your products manufactured?
We source high-quality blank items from trusted wholesale suppliers, and then each piece is individually embroidered and finished by us in the UK. This allows us to offer durable products while ensuring every order is custom-made with care.
How much does shipping cost?
- Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class): £3.50 per order
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over £50
All orders are custom-made and dispatched within 3–5 business days, then delivered via Royal Mail 2nd Class (2–3 working days).
